Dana 30 chromoly front axle kit.
Dana 30 chromoly 4340 upgrade with stock 27 spline axles makes this upgrade an easy exchange.
This heavy-duty chromoly is heat treated twice to insure strength up to 30% more than stock OEM axles.
This kit eliminates the factory two piece axle assembly and the vacuum disconnect by using a one piece axle in it's place. We include a seal and cover plate to block off the vacuum disconnect access port. Additionally, we include a new passenger side inner axle seal.
Kit comes complete with:
- 2 outer axle shafts
Both sides are 6.11"
- 2 inner axle shafts
Driver-side 16.5" and Passenger-side 32.31"
- passenger side inner axle seal
- 1 cover plate/ seal
- 2 U-joints with full circle clips
* Both axle shafts have been custom machined to accept full circle clips.
DrivetrainOutlet.com will ship with the U-joint already installed as a complete assembly.
Fits 87 - 96 YJ with vacuum disconnect.
