High tensile strength 4340 chromoly is heat-treated twice to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 30% stronger than any other chromoly axle shaft on the market.
GM style front outer shafts are 35 spline 4340 chromoly. Axles are machined to accept full circle clips. GM outer length is 12.125".
U-joints are sold separately. We recommend CTM.

This kit eliminates the factory two piece axle assembly and the vacuum disconnect by using a one piece axle in it's place. We include a seal and cover plate to block off the vacuum disconnect access port. Additionally, we include a new passenger side inner axle seal.

Both sides are 6.11"
- 2 inner axle shafts
Driver-side 16.5" and Passenger-side 32.31"
- 2 inner axle shaft seals
- 1 cover plate/ seal
